MAINLAND UK

UK STANDARD £4.50 (MAINLAND UK) (TRACKED)

These orders are shipped with Royal mail and are estimated to arrive between 1-3 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.  

Orders received before 6pm will be processed that day, and orders received after 6pm will be processed on the next working day.  

UK NEXT DAY £6.50 (MAINLAND UK) - Excludes Bank Holiday & Weekends (TRACKED)

These orders are shipped with Royal mail and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 3pm Mon - Thurs.  

Orders received after 3pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY, ready for delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY.  

UK SATURDAY DELIVERY £8.95  (MAINLAND UK) (TRACKED) *Order before 3pm on Friday* 

These orders are shipped with Royal mail. 

*PLEASE NOTE* if selected Saturday Delivery after 3pm on Friday you will still be charged for Saturday delivery however your order will be dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY (Monday) and you will receive your order on Tuesday. We are unable to refund postage if order placed after the given time. 

We also offer a FREE Collection service from our Littleborough store. Please select local collection at the check

RETURNS POLICY

Returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 14 days of the order despatch note.

Items must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and with tags attached. Unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns.

Please post securely as we can't be held liable for returns that go missing.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are well packaged and you use a secure service to return.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us we advise that you obtain proof of postage.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm.

In cases of faulty items, our returns policy is extended up to 30 days after receipt of your item. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. A repair where a repair is possible will also always be offered. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

Exchanges can be made from our Littleborough store if this is preferred.
